The Enero Group takes its obligation to protect and respect an individual’s personal data seriously.

If you wish to make a personal data request, you will need to provide some basic information.

The information you supply in this form will only be used for the purposes of identifying your personal data and responding to your request.

It is a requirement that the information requested in this form is provided so Enero may verify your identity, locate your personal data within our systems, and fulfil your request. If you do not complete all required information we will be unable to process your request and will take no further action.

You are not obliged to complete all of this form to make a request unless it is otherwise noted on the form, but doing so will make it easier for us to process your request in a timely manner that complies with the legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

If you may have used more than one email address or name with Enero Group or one or more of its subsidiaries, please submit a separate request for each email address or name.

    Additional information needed to verify your identity for processing your request

    It is important that we verify your identity before processing your request. In most instances, if your identity cannot be confirmed easily, for example, if your email address does not contain your employer name, such as if it is a Gmail account or your identity is not readily identifiable from your name and email address together, it may delay the processing of your request if you not provide additional information to assist with verification.

    Therefore, we ask, but it is not mandatory at this time, that you provide information regarding one prior email communication from the business you are submitting a data request to, to verify your identity.

    If you choose not to provide an example of an email communication, we may require you to provide further information to verify your identity later.
