Enero Group’s first Reconciliation Action Plan receives accreditation from Reconciliation Australia

Enero Group’s inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has received official endorsement by Reconciliation Australia (RA). As an organisation deeply committed to reconciliation with Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, our RAP aims to nurture, develop and encourage the inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander creative talent, partners and advisors in our own agencies, but more importantly to improve inclusion across our whole industry.

Led by Enero Chief People Officer Fiona Chilcott and an internal RAP committee, the Group’s first stage RAP plan will be implemented over a 12-month period. This plan will take existing strategies, such as our CareerTrackers partnership and other important initiatives such as NAIDOC Week and National Reconciliation Week, and further our commitment to understanding and recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. We aim to form stronger relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in which we live and work and contribute towards a more respectful and integrated industry culture going forward.
