Enero Group, a global leader in marketing services, has today reported its results for the six months ended 31 December 2023, with its Australian-based agencies delivering robust revenue growth.
Growing its revenue by 48% over the last four years, the H1 FY24 financial results are a continuation of Enero Group’s transformation and sustained growth trajectory. In the half, the Group increased its EBITDA by 6% on a like-for-like basis, while its newly defined segment, Technology, Healthcare, and Consumer (THC) Practice – which includes agencies the Hotwire Group, Orchard, and BMF – delivered strong EBITDA growth of 8%.
Enero Group’s updated segments – THC Practice and OBMedia – better reflect Enero’s business drivers and operational synergies between the agencies, with 55% of revenue coming from clients who have relationships with more than one THC Practice business.

Throughout the half, the Hotwire Group, BMF and Orchard were recognised around the world for their work in the industry.
BMF took home accolades including a Gold Australian Effie Award for Insights and Strategic Thinking, B&T’s Award for Culture and Award for Bravery and two Cannes Lions. In addition, BMF delivered its first work for Alinta Energy, Tennis Australia, and Afterpay, as well being appointed by the Department of Health to undertake two national behaviour change campaigns in H2 of 2024.
Orchard was appointed by Beyond Bank to deliver its digital transformation and was the only Australian agency to be recognised at the Global Pharmaceutical Marketing Excellence Awards, as well as winning a PRIME Healthcare Award for Marketing Innovation.
Meanwhile, Hotwire significantly expanded its suite of data and analytics offerings and was awarded gold for the most effective in-house change of practice in measurement in a PR agency.
