Ian was appointed as Non-Executive Chair on 18 October 2024.

Ian has a wealth of experience as a CEO and senior executive, having held various positions in commercial, strategy, M&A, marketing and operational leadership. He has worked with notable companies such as The Coca-Cola Company, The Callaway Golf Company, Wendy’s International, Saatchi & Saatchi and The Virgin Group. Currently, Ian is a Non-Executive Director of Reliance Worldwide Corporation (ASX: RWC), Guzman Y Gomez (ASX: GYG), Dulux Group International (UK) and formerly a Director of QMS Media and Virgin Galactic.

Additionally, Ian chairs the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute Marketing Council, is a partner and investment advisory board member for Innovate Partners (a USA based private equity/venture capital firm) and is a senior advisor to Bowery Capital. He is based in the USA.

David was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 10 May 2018 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

David has over 25 years’ experience in public relations and integrated communications. At Edelman (the world’s largest public relations firm), David was a Director of the Group Supervisory Board and member of its global management board. During 13 years at Edelman, he was CEO of the EMEA region and latterly, CEO of APACMEA.

Prior to working at Edelman, David was Co-CEO of Weber Shandwick UK and Managing Director at BursonMarsteller UK. He has also worked in Corporate Affairs at Visa International and as a planner in advertising.

David is Chair of parking technology company Parkable; Chair of child poverty charity Share My Super; Advisory Board member of The Spinoff, and Co-founder of research start-up Stickybeak.

Louise was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 10 September 2021 and is the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Louise is the Executive General Manager, Strategy, Transformation and Data for Australia Retail at ANZ Bank.

Louise began her executive career in London with law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before spending seven years at the BBC. In Australia, she has held senior roles including Associate Director at Macquarie Bank, Chief Operating Officer of NOVA Entertainment (responsible for the performance of the Nova and Smooth radio networks), and Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, where she oversaw a major technology transformation.

In addition to her role with Enero, Louise is a Non-Executive Director of Rugby Australia and serves as a member of the Federal Government’s Takeovers Panel.

Ian was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Enero Group (ASX: EGG) on 17 February 2025 and promoted to Chief Executive Officer on 2 July 2025. Ian was elected as an Executive Director on 29 August 2025

Ian is a global business leader with over 40 years of international experience spanning consulting, technology, professional services, and private equity, having held senior leadership roles including EY Oceania’s Deputy CEO and Head of Markets. More recently, Ian was TEG’s Chief Operating officer and Head of Strategy and M&A. Before this he was an Operating Partner at Silver Lake and CEO and Managing Director of ASX-listed global professional services business, Cardno.

Ian has vast experience across Enero’s growth markets, including Asia, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the U.S., as well as leadership roles in major professional services companies.

Cathy joined Enero Group in 2014 and is currently the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.

With a background in marketing in the music industry in Los Angeles, Cathy retrained as a lawyer but never lost her passion for working with creative people. With over 19 years experience in the legal profession, specialising in entertainment, media and entertainment Cathy brings a wealth of Global and industry experience to Enero.

Experienced in managing legal affairs and ensuring corporate governance compliance, Cathy plays a pivotal role in the Group maintaining legal integrity. Cathy provides expert counsel on contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance, while also overseeing board and shareholder support, mitigating legal risks, and managing dispute resolution.

Cathy and her team were also the winners of the Small Legal Team of the Year Award at the 2021 ACC Corporate Lawyer of the Year Awards.

Nikki joined Enero Group in 2024 and is currently the Chief People Officer.

Throughout her established career Nikki has held senior positions at brands such as KPMG Australia, Vodafone, Qantas and running her own consultancy. Most recently she was chief people officer at M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ..

With demonstrated experience leading organisations through rapid growth in a sustainable way, building competitive employment brands and EVP/employee experience, ensuring Talent Acquisition is scalable and competitive, and developing leadership capability, Nikki brings a wealth of Global and industry experience to Enero.
