This month, Frank worked closely with the UN Patron of the Oceans Lewis Pugh as he prepared for his latest endurance challenge. On 22nd January, Lewis swam 1km across a supraglacial lake on the East Antarctic Ice Sheet to raise awareness of the need to introduce Marine Protected Areas and safeguard the most pristine stretches of the earth’s oceans.
